IT services and fintech consulting, in one flow.

Oneflow brings software engineering and fintech IT consulting into a single team, so the systems you build and the rules they have to follow are planned together from the first conversation.

Different paths.
A smarter flow.

01The idea behind the name

Two paths, one accountable team.

Fintech products live where software meets financial rules. Usually that means one firm for advice and another for delivery, and a lot of context lost in between. We run both paths and bring them together.

Path A

IT services

Engineers who design, build, integrate and run software for financial products, from customer-facing apps to the back office.

  • Product engineering
  • Payment and banking integrations
  • Cloud, DevOps and support

Path B

Fintech IT consulting

Advisers who understand how regulation, risk and the movement of money shape technology decisions, and can explain them in plain language.

  • Strategy and architecture
  • Vendor and platform selection
  • Security and compliance readiness

One flow

Advice that is ready to build

The people who assess your options are the people who deliver them. Decisions, documents and code stay in one place, with one lead who keeps the full picture from the first call to the running system.

How a project runs

02Services

Six services, two paths.

Take a single service or combine several. Each one can start from a short assessment and grow into delivery or ongoing support.

Path A · IT services

Product engineering

Financial software that is clear to use and easy to audit.

We design and build web platforms, customer portals, internal back-office tools and APIs for financial products. Ledgers, balances, statuses and approvals are modelled carefully from the start, because in fintech a rounding error or a missing log entry is a real problem, not a cosmetic one.

  • Web applications and customer portals for financial services
  • Back-office and operations tools: approvals, reconciliation views, case handling
  • Public and internal APIs with versioning and clear documentation
  • Transaction and ledger logic with full audit trails
  • Modernisation of legacy systems, step by step and without a big-bang rewrite
  • Automated testing and code review built into delivery

Path A · IT services

Payment and banking integrations

Connect the providers you need without tangling your core.

Most fintech products depend on outside services: payment processors, banking partners, identity checks and data feeds. We build these connections as separate, well-tested modules, so a provider can be added, replaced or temporarily switched off without touching the rest of the product.

  • Payment service provider and acquirer integrations
  • Open banking and banking-as-a-service API connections
  • KYC, KYB and identity verification providers
  • Webhooks, retries and idempotency for reliable money movement
  • Reconciliation between provider reports and your own records
  • Sandbox testing, monitoring and alerting for each connection

Path A · IT services

Cloud, DevOps and support

Infrastructure you can rebuild, observe and explain.

We set up and run the environments your product lives in: described as code, deployed through repeatable pipelines and monitored in a way that makes incidents visible early. After launch we can stay on to maintain the system, apply updates and handle issues with an agreed process.

  • Cloud environment design and infrastructure as code
  • CI/CD pipelines with review and approval steps
  • Logging, monitoring and alerting
  • Backups, recovery plans and recovery testing
  • Access management and separation of environments
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates and incident handling

Path B · Fintech consulting

Technology strategy and architecture

Decide what to build, what to buy and what to retire.

When a product grows, enters a new market or adds a new licence, the technology has to follow. We review what you have, map it against where the business is going and turn that into a sequenced plan that your board, your engineers and your partners can all read.

  • Current-state review of systems, data flows and dependencies
  • Target architecture and a phased roadmap to reach it
  • Build, buy or partner assessments for key components
  • Technical due diligence ahead of investment or partnership
  • Scalability and resilience reviews
  • Written recommendations with costs, risks and alternatives
Discuss strategy or architecture

Path B · Fintech consulting

Vendor and platform selection

Choose partners on evidence, not on the sales deck.

Core banking platforms, payment gateways, card issuing, KYC tools and cloud services all look similar on paper. We help you define what you actually need, compare suppliers against it in a structured way and check the technical and contractual details before you commit.

  • Requirements definition and shortlisting
  • Structured RFI and RFP preparation and scoring
  • Technical review of APIs, documentation and sandboxes
  • Integration effort and total cost estimates
  • Exit and replacement planning to avoid lock-in
  • Support during proof of concept and onboarding
Discuss a vendor decision

Path B · Fintech consulting

Security and compliance readiness

Turn requirements into engineering work you can actually schedule.

Payment security standards, data protection rules and operational resilience requirements all end up as tasks for your technical team. We help translate them into concrete controls, close the gaps and prepare the evidence your auditors and partners will ask for.

  • Gap assessments against frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR
  • Operational resilience and ICT risk preparation, including DORA
  • Secure development practices and code review guidelines
  • Access control, encryption and key management reviews
  • Policies, procedures and evidence for audits
  • Third-party and vendor risk assessments
Discuss security or compliance

03Process

How a project flows.

The same four stages whether you start with advice, with delivery or with both. Every stage ends with something written down that you keep.

  1. 01

    First conversation

Tell us what you are building, where it is stuck or what has to change. We ask about the product, the constraints and who needs to sign off.

  2. 02

    Assessment and plan

We review the current setup — code, infrastructure, vendors and obligations — and return a written plan with options, trade-offs and a proposed scope.

  3. 03

    Delivery in increments

Work is split into short, reviewable stages. Each one ends with something you can test, plus the documentation an auditor or a new engineer would need.

  4. 04

    Run and evolve

After launch we can stay on for support, monitoring and improvements, or hand everything over to your own team with a complete handover pack.

04Who we serve

Built for teams that move money.

We work with companies whose products handle payments, balances, credit or investments, and with the technology and compliance teams inside them. Early-stage or established, the questions tend to be the same: what to build, how to connect it and how to prove it is safe.

  • Payments and PSPs
  • Digital banking
  • Lending and credit
  • E-money and wallets
  • Wealth and investment platforms
  • FX and cross-border transfers
  • Insurtech
  • Digital asset platforms

What you can expect from us

  1. Compliance as a design input

Security and regulatory requirements are mapped at the start of the work, not patched on just before an audit.

  2. Decisions in plain language

Every recommendation comes with its reasoning, costs and alternatives, written for engineers and management alike.

  3. Documentation you own

Architecture notes, runbooks and code belong to you and are kept up to date as the work progresses.

  4. One point of contact

You work with one lead who carries the context across consulting and engineering, so nothing gets lost between teams.

05Contact
